For years, Lansdowne Resort was represented by a website that looked exactly like every other property’s in a large-scale hotel management company’s portfolio, leaving it little space to differentiate this lifestyle destination. Dana proposed the creation of an all-new website that would: 1) Enhance brand awareness and engagement by elevating the site’s aesthetics to the 4-Star caliber of the property, 2) Deliver an exceptional user experience through logically ordered content and intuitive functionality and, ultimately, 3) Drive conversions. With the resulting website, the Lansdowne Resort upscale wellness brand messaging is prominent and the user experience is markedly improved.

Highlights of the new site include: 1) A full-screen home page video that captures the resort’s serene sense of place. 2) Intuitive navigation that seamlessly connects site visitors with the content they’re seeking. 3) A streamlined pathway – highly visible at the top of each page – that allows site visitors to book accommodations, dining and spa reservations with just a few clicks or taps. In the website’s first eight months – and with very little advertising or marketing support behind it – there have been 663,028 sessions racking up 1,779,089 page views and resulting in goal-breaking RFP submissions, direct revenue and ROI.
