Stonewater Cove
Rustic elegance, exquisite adventure. Dana developed market positioning and creative branding for Stonewater Cove, the first luxury resort and fractional ownership experience on Missouri’s popular Table Rock Lake. In addition to interactive, print and collateral, we executed direct marketing materials. Our self-mailers support sales efforts for vacation home ownership and the resort itself, encouraging recipients to make “Lifelong Moments” theirs by securing their place on an exclusive pre-launch list and invitations to preview events.

Dana designed a striking portfolio for prospective property owners at this luxurious new Caribbean destination. The beauty of the pristine island community is reflected in the vibrant design on the band that wraps the box. Inside the box, a binder organizes property facts and legal documents, using colorful, detailed patterns on the divider pages. This portfolio design harmonizes with other campaign elements, including advertising, e-promotions and website.
Millennium Bostonian Hotel
Millennium Bostonian Hotel had recently undergone a multi-million-dollar renovation and wanted a distinctive way to invite corporate and leisure travel agents to see the stunning results. Dana’s direct mail piece encloses an exquisite set of martini glasses from a high-end retailer, plus an invitation for a complimentary night’s stay and a decadent martini created especially to celebrate the occasion.
Millennium Hotels and Resorts
In the midst of the economic crisis, Millennium wanted to let meeting planners know there were sunny skies ahead—a “silver lining” in the wake of hard times. Dana’s strategy was to showcase affordable meeting offers that would have planners wowing executives and earning extra meeting bucks. To convince planners not to throw in the towel, Dana created a piece featuring a towel stitched with the Millennium logo in silver thread. It was encased in a box designed to match an accompanying print piece adorned with blue skies and stacks of meeting money.
Ultimate Escapes DVD
Compared to other luxury vacation options, destination club membership has a huge learning curve. To help educate luxury travelers about Ultimate Escapes® Luxury Destination Clubs, Dana created this easy-to-mail brochure/DVD fulfillment piece. The mini-brochure offers a quick overview, while the video provides much-needed support about the membership experience. Weaving existing photography with member testimonials, the video is a cost-effective, user-friendly answer to the question: “what is a destination club?”
