As this St. Kitts community took shape, Dana was hired to develop the brand and introduce this luxurious destination to an international audience. Our goal was to showcase the pristine setting, enviable lifestyle and exceptional amenities—from a mega-yacht marina to Fazio golf—that are unmatched in the Caribbean. Our fresh, compelling campaign uses colorful nature close-ups to entice prospective real estate purchasers and create a distinctive “look” in the marketplace. This concept harmoniously translates to all campaign elements.
